below are typical "Cross-Sections" of different Road
configurations required by Credit River Township for new roads built
in the developments. Streets are distinguished from roads in that
"Streets " have a "curb and gutter" design for
the more urban developments while "roads" have a
"ditch design" associated with them for the rural road
design. Cul-de-sacs that are defined as "permanent" i.e.
no future plans for inter-connection to adjacent developments are 4
feet narrower to reduce later maintenance costs. |
