County maintains a "Household Hazardous
Waste Facility" (HHW) on Highway 282 near
the Highway Department building. This facility
is open on Wednesday afternoons from noon until
6:00 pm and Saturdays from 8:00 am until noon. For additional information. call

When
bringing your hazardous waste to the HHW
facility, please drive under the overhang
and then pull forward to the stop sign.
County environmental staff will bring out
a cart to serve you and they will be
available to assist you in unloading your
items.

is sorted, identified, stored eventually
disposed properly with a view towards protecting
our environment. |

Of
special interest to residents are the various
useable products that are placed on the
shelves in the "RE-USE ROOM"
where they are offered to residents FREE OF CHARGE ! Next
